Marcella or known by her young patients, "Chella" has been practicing in the field of speech-language pathology for over 12 years. Marcella was a child who stuttered and has a younger sibling with special needs who received early intervention services in her home as a child- speech, occupational and physical therapy . Marcella knew from a young age that she wanted to help children like herself and her sibling overcome issues that impact health, learning, social skills and overall development. Fast forward 30 years later and Marcella is now a speech-language pathologist with the distinguished Certificate of Clinical Competence from The American Speech-Language and Hearing Association with thousands of hours evaluating and treating patients. Marcella began her career seeing patients with traumatic brain injury as a clinician for the International Aphasia Network in the West Village in NYC and a for the NYC Board of Education outpatient clinic. She has experience with children in the school setting from preschool through high school; early intervention direct service; exclusive member of NJ Targeted Evaluation Team (Monmouth County); home health care for geriatric patients; skilled nursing facilities and outpatient rehabilitation. Marcella enjoys working with all ages, diagnoses and abilities. She has a special interest with the pediatric population. She created and built the first pediatric therapy clinic in Tuckerton/Little Egg Harbor due to the great need of quality and accessible services for the children in the area. Marcella was born and raised in Connecticut and fell in love with the Tuckerton and surrounding areas such as Long Beach Island when she moved down to NJ as a young and adventurous college student. Marcella stuck around after college and has lived in Little Egg Harbor for over 18 years now.When she isn't working with children (her dream job), she enjoys keeping active in the community through biking, running, and hiking. She's a huge fan of Stranger Things, 80's movies, and Scrabble. She believes in supporting causes that empower women and children.

Alison "Aly" was born and raised in Little Egg Harbor and a proud graduate of Pinelands Regional High School. Aly's bubbly and friendly personality is a perfect match for our pediatric office! She loves working with our families and their children. Aly has experience with a variety of children as she started her career babysitting and coordinating before and after care programs for our local school district. She handles hectic situations with a great attitude and truly cares for each and every child. Aly enjoys venturing out and exploring our area, enjoys social media and surfing the web and spending time with her friends and family.
